A moissanite-set Royal Pop conversion kit — steel case, rubber strap, crown at 3 o'clock.
This 42mm kit swaps the pocket-watch housing for a stainless steel case set with brilliant-cut moissanite, and adds a soft rubber strap with a stainless butterfly clasp. The stones catch light like diamond, but they are moissanite — which is why this sits at $90 rather than four figures.
It fits Royal Pop models whose crown sits at 3 o'clock, so the opening lines up with the crown side and the case sits straight on the wrist.
